This ripe and fruity cider comes from the Guillet Freres Company based at Guenrouet, 20 miles to the north of Nantes in Britanny. Made according to organic principles and from 100% Breton apples, this is a full-flavoured cider that now carries the AOC for the region. Great with leek quiche, Melton Mowbray pork pies or black pudding.
