This off-dry poire is made by Cidrerie Viard based at Gueron near Bayeux in Normandy. This is an authentic perry very closley resembling our own rare west-country farm varieties. Made from 100% locally grown pears and fully filtered, this superb perry is packaged in a champagne-style bottle with a wired-down mushroom cork, and pairs particularly well with sweet and sour pork, chicken salad or bread and butter pudding.
