This spicy and approachable Cabernet-Shiraz comes from the San Juan region of Argentina and is made by Bodegas Callia, a subsidiary of Bodegas Salentein - one of the country's leading estates. 'Osaado' translates into 'courage' in Spanish.

A crimson-red in colour. On the nose, a meaty core of ripe berry fruits with peppery and herbal tones in a package that tends towards medium-bodied with good acidity and soft tannins. Flavours of bitter orange, coffee and pepper. With further breathing the wine gains leathery and black olive notes that make it a great match for savoury stews and barbecues. Try with Bullfighters beef stew (with macaroni), rabbit with prunes or Moroccan lamb tagine.
