Based at Ribagnac in the Bergerac region of Southwest France, the 45 hectare Chateau Tour des Gendres is run by the de Conti family along strictly organic lines. In addition to wines from Tour des Gendres, the wines from the 'Moulin des Dames' range are also made here. The award winning 'La Gloire de Mon Pere' is an equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and is velvety and intense, the ideal companion to juicy steaks or ripe cheeses.

Dark ruby-red in the glass. Scents of blackberries and violets with a touch of vanilla on the nose. Very smooth and creamy on the palate. Concentrated flavours of black fruits and cherries and a hint of smoke. Really nice long finish. A very elegant and lush wine. Serve with a chargrilled steak, duck liver pate or roast duck with cherries.
